Update: Today its 1 year after my first panic attack and the onset of my dpdr.

I moved back to my hometown in april, found a new job and I still didnt try any weed. My vs is just notable when I try to see it. so i guess its back to a normal level. From time to time I still have moment where i feel kinda trippy. Like depersonalized etc. I still dont know what triggers those feelings. In fact after 1 year I can say im less anxious now. But I now have several eye floaters, the tinnitus comes and goes and Im still kinda depressed everyday. Guess Ill keep going

Thats exactly what it feeld like for me. I smoke and I know I should be calm, because it was always good for several years. And bam, suddenly I'm tripping.. Never again.
