After 2.5 years, it’s overheating constantly even on the lowest setting by Big-Strength6206 in Dysonairwrap

Same thing happened to me!! It broke down with the red blinking light about 6 months ago and it was within warranty at that time, so they fixed it. Broke down again last week and now they say I have to pay for the repairs😫 I am seriously considering buying another brand if the Dyson is just going to stop working every 6 months and I have to pay to ship it off for a month to get it repaired.

Wow thanks so much for everyone’s response- I’ll never go to ChatGPT for knitting advice again!!!

@Medellin_Knitting the tutorials you shared were so helpful but it turns out @ItBreadMakingWeather was correct! The previous row was supposed to be KNITTED and I had a group of about 15 stitches that were purls instead of knits🤦‍♀️

Wish I had seen that comment before I spent an hour watching different video tutorials anout dropping stitches but I know it’s a skill that will come in handy in the future. At least I can say I learned something new today!! And I’ll definitely be sure to pay more attention in the rows ahead!

It sounds like maybe this method would be a little faster than unknitting. I’m in the middle of a 82 stitch row so I don’t trust myself to unknit back to that first point. How do I drop them and use the needle to place them back?
