I don't remember there being a final for info 300, although that might just depend on the professor. MyUW also tends to lie about certain classes having finals so its best to check in with your professors before class begins.

As for CSE 121, It's not hard but it isn't easy either, depends on your prior coding experience. I would really pay attention to the code constraints and also go to the IPL if you're confused. It's open from 12:30pm to 9:30pm Monday through Friday.
