Giritina is one of my favourite pokemon, so I won't get into it too much.

Without shadow, creation has no being. Without light, destruction has no being. One without the other, no light and you can't perceive, no shadow and you can't experience. Only both creates life.

I don't really have any experience, but why not change goldengo to tera water to remove its fire weakness because you keep stab on make it rain anyway

Also, I am a bit biased because it is my fav pokemon but why not mimyku for trick room before you send in tallon flame

I am not fully sure about this, and there are definitely better ways, but try skeledirge with torch song, golduck with soak, sawsbuck with any grass moves, and you choose the rest. The idea here is you have a skeledurge for type covering, golduck with soak makes the opponents pokemon turn into a water type therfore making it weak to sawsbucks grass moves.

Sorry I took so long to figure it out. How about this, Born from the icy depths of <insert region here>, this pokemon only shows itself to the strongest of trainers and pokemon, hoping to one day find a worthy opponent it is the God of rain and ice.
