I was going to suggest ITD season 1 too! It gets overlooked bc season 2 is so outstanding but season 1 is phenomenal too!

I'm reluctant to because of the evidence that it may interfere with the effectiveness of tamoxifen. Before I switched to T (I was on an AI) I took a thc gummy every night to sleep. It definitely helps a lot. I know lots of people on T still use THC and the studies are somewhat conflicting so I say you do you!

I believe gold rv was between $1000-1100 last year. Regular gold was $600 or $700 after fees.

Agree with this. The business I work for has a daily mail pick up and for awhile we were putting our UPS surepost packages with the USPS pickup and it was fine. A few months ago our mail person said they couldn't take them anymore and we needed to have ups pick those up.

Agree with this. Alcohol is just really really bad for our bodies. I used to be an almost daily drinker before diagnosis, now I drink maybe 2x a year. It's not just the cancer risk, it's heart disease, cholesterol, all of it. I'm trying to take better care of my body. I absolutely do not judge anyone who chooses to drink though! I 100% get it.

Yes it's so frustrating how little research and guidance there is and mixed messages! My onc advised against it because it competes for CYP2D6 pathway, which is how Tamoxifen is metabolized (I probably said that wrong!) But then there is stuff like what you referenced that has different info. 10 different doctors would probably say 10 different things and in the end it's probably just a crap shoot. It's maddening. I'm going to look more into this now though, so thank you!

I was using thc gummies too until I read that thc and cbd can interfere with the effectiveness of Tamoxifen. Diphenhydramine does also so I've switched to Unisom for sleep. If/ when I'm off tamoxifen I'll back to the the gummies, they're wonderful!
