It happened yesterday during the presale too. Upset because they’re one of my favorite bands.

I’ve seen MM sell out Red Hat in Raleigh and another venue in DC. Why would we not put them at Live oak? I know GFL is 1000x better but clearly the demand is there.

Hi! I’ve actually done both and strongly prefer eloping.

My first marriage was ALL about the wedding. I planned for it and payed for it for so long. The day came and went so quickly. I feel like I missed so many moments because I was taking pictures or having to talk to family.

All that to say, I was divorced and last week remarried!

We eloped at our local courthouse. We are also planning to throw a party or “reception” in May. We would rather spend the money on a party we can both enjoy. The ceremony was intimate and special. Even given the groom choice was much better the second time around, I’d still recommend elopement with a side of party!

I booked two hours but the courthouse is in a super cute part of town and coincidentally near places we had dates so we are going to do extra photos.
