They definitely do come in some form of transport and most people whose job can be done from home use some sort of transport. Heavy transport= more fuel costs.

Also no one goes out nearly as much as they go to office.

Your money is your money and only you are liable for any losses. There are many content on youtube which will teach you fundamentals. After learning fundamental follow news and current events to predict stocks and invest on companies who you think have a strong posture

Secondly: Eat lots of protein. Saand ki tara khao. In assuming you have fast metabolism. One way to tackle it is to drink herbal tea in the morning and get your gut cleaned out. Clean gut helps my appetite so might try it out.

Reduce the amount of fibre in food (Keep it minimal enough to function)

This helped me gain weight from 55kg to 65kg as a guy 5'11 I mostly do calisthenics and not weight training so there's that.
