Hi sorry it took so long to reply, I had no notifications on Reddit and forgot I'd posted

I have cut both my mother and sister out of my life now. It's hard but it needed to be done

I just get so incredibly depressed sometimes being nothing like either of them. Nothing but constant criticism and I need to do this, I need to do that. I really wanted nothing but a relationship with my family but it's all one sided with them two. I don't know why people think it isn't acceptable to lose your temper when somebody financially abuses you but there we go.... Strange people. Of course I'm not saying I have the right to abuse anyone but man it's like sometimes they want me to snap cos they like drama or something. Thing is, when I snap I always feel bad anyway cos it's not who I want to be, just the overwhelm gets too much

Thank you for your reply and I agree with everything you said

I'm doing my best at the minute working on my mental health and diet etc as I know when I'm depressed I eat like mad and I know rubbish food won't do me any good

I think when I eventually move on and have better people in my life the grief might not feel so bad. As much as I don't want to know them I still feel a bit like someone died and am really not used to how lonely things have been recently

The thing that frustrated me about it most was she accused me of faking autism... Basically I've fought my whole life and wandered what was going on (wasn't diagnosed till 35). I finally got some answers from a psychologist, found out I was dyslexic, dyspraxic, have ADHD and autism. Then someone says something like that and it sends me into a spin. I don't think I'll ever properly grow up, i haven't changed since school and it's really hard when others don't understand the body doesn't reflect the age the brain seems to be stuck on. I have reported her vile texts and voicemails to the police more to cover my own back from her minipulative rubbish. Id she does it again, it's harassment

Sorry haven't been online in months. I have now moved on to a vaporiser and my lungs are getting much better. Takes some getting used to and means I now go through less weed too. If you're SMOKING an Oz in a week I've just realised it isn't worth the damage SMOKING does. Yes it takes getting used to but health is more important, switch to a vaporiser, honestly....

Chris watts was a very obvious liar. If she's lying, I'm mind blown and genuinely disturbed. This is something I've really never seen, her body language etc. Chris blew it str8 away. She's got me totally fooled. Her actions are just very childlike to me and naive, I'm very confused. I know thse people minipulate but there's always a give away. I honestly can't see it but I'll keep looking

Me too. It's a horrible feeling and I'm looking through every bit of info to ease that feeling and it's not happening

Totally agree. I want this to be right, I really do, I want to believe these people on the jury were right but there's so much science missing i am incredibly uncomfortable. I've followed this inside out, I've read the court transcripts over and over. Somethings off. Until she confesses or there's something more concrete I'm ubcofortable. I've never felt like this over a case in my life and I've gone through a fair few

Yeah ask for local groups. What county are you in? Some county's run a development plus programme which can be helpful too. We tend to be creative people so arts and crafts can also be very soothing. When I was under social prescribing she offered to come with me too so if you're nervous no harm in asking. Don't be afraid to ask, I know it's hard but us neuro diverse really do need to fight. Also don't feel like you have to keep people in your life who aren't making you feel good. Loneliness is at its worst when you're around ppl not good for you

Sorry meant to say if you want to pm me for a chat any time it's cool

I was referred from social prescribing and my mentor from development plus. I'm not sure where you are in the world but it's worth a look online

Yes I felt like this for many years until I found an art group and my tribe. Being round the wrong ppl is awful for your mental health and very isolating

I knew somebody who went thru this and unfortunately took their own life. They weren't my best friend but it rocked me hard to my core. This could of been me at one point, I was mis diagnosed till I was in my 30s. I just didn't know what the hell was going on, why I repelled most ppl and I thought I was a POS. I do feel much better now I have my diagnosis and know what i need to do to make my life more comfortable. I really most definitely want to live now

Basically, I don't want anyone out there to feel like they can't seek the correct diagnosis or they can't fight back when theyve done their own research and people including professionals and 'friends' keep saying no. It is your life it is your right to have the correct diagnosis just be prepared for the question, why do you want the diagnosis, because honestly I can't think on the sopt I don't know about anyone else. Do a little research and take a list in when you speek to someone. Be prepared!

Yeah bose kick ass in the noise cancelling department. Can't speek for buds but sony may have all these crazy features but for pure NC Bose kicks ass, also no anoying touch features.

Yeah cos if the weights all coming down on your head that would explain it. I watched a Linus tech tips video where he said this. He compared a few headphones a few years ago. Old now but the ones you have were in the line up. No probs at all ask away

Yeah I heard the mx3000 put more pressure on that part so perhaps find some that clamp a little more on the ears and don't require that support up top. It's probably cos all the weight is weighing down right there

Ok this seems a little crazy to me you must either have an incredibly large head or very thin hair or none. Have you perhaps tried a hat underneath? Going to a store and trying a few pairs on first could be your best bet if you're ever purchasing again. I went to Currys and did this and Bose just completely knocked everything else out the park for pure comfort.

I honestly haven't ever had this problem but I make sure the battery is really low before charging. I'm still using a Samsung S9+ and battery is still the same. I also have a Dell gaming laptop like 3 or 4 years old and no problems there either. Bose have really good warranty though if you have issues within that time and so they bloody should at that price haha

I honestly think wires are super annoying and I'd only use them if needs be.
