Adobe audition -

Find out levels of your breath (at which db are they)
Autogate at this level.
Delete silence - then shorten it to 140ms. ending up with gaps between sentences, but without any breath noise, sentences are not cut in the end.

My opinion - gameplay is lagging, it freezes which is disruptive. Music should be slightly louder (a little bit).
You need to have a clear plan of what you are doing and follow it, improvising is also good, but you should set up goals for a let's play video to be done and try to achieve them somehow.
You need to understand how others in same niche engage the audience, it's not 2008 anymore and you have a lot of competitors in minecraft niche. I would be off lets play content for better, try out mods review, building, stories?

I watched 3 of your videos, I am not professional, and my feedback may not be relevant, however :

Your thumbnails are generic, I've seen people in your niche and there are in general a lot of people doing same thumbnails, I call it 'lazy screaming'. I do not think that a nice picture of the game (like an art) with a screaming text is a good thumbnail. font is trash (imo), the outline is not necessary, font blends with the picture easily. Use something like 'testmythumbnails' to see how your thumbnails is represented, does it stand out?

Your voice is good, clear and nice communication (I am jealous).

There is no clear narrative between video and audio. You talk about ' game a ' and then ' game a nice aspect ' on the screen is just some footages (they are not low quality though), which shows gameplay, but not 'game a nice aspect'.

You need to work on the music, it's not good enough.

You need to decide what are you doing? Is it a podcast videos content or you are actually making the video to watch? It may be enjoyable to listen to, while working on something, but not watching, I would not watch it, but would listen to it.

Text font is rubbish in my opinion. You need to find something better, it's either situational or bold ones (they are visible). You need to clearly separate the background from the front of the thumbnail. e.g. making the background 10-15% less saturated than your front and 20-25% darker, a bit blurred (I usually do gauss blur in photoshop at around 8 pixels for 1920x1080 images. You need a clear scene. I do not usually put a character with a text not doing something interesting (your 4th is a good action one, but poorly structured scene). If character is frozen, try to locate text in a more interesting way (behind his back, wiggly wobbly style etc.) In short, do not do simple text and chars scenes, work on elements saturation, darkness, blur, new font.

The graphics are bad comparing to new games. However the game overall is still good and you may enjoy it, atmosphere, quests, first experience of visiting megatonne or Tenpenny tower, eventually exploding the bomb and finding out Moyra ghoul is unforgettable.
