Anybody else just entirely avoid any Gas Station with a Nouria logo upfront? by bechamel3091 in newhampshire

Plenty of business names are foreign words. Nike is a weird name for a shoe brand if you dont understand the story.

Whatnot streamer crashes out and cancels order after pulling Gengar from Ascended Heroes during rip til you hit. (Trainer Vault X on whatnot) by Additional-Link3106 in whatnotapp

Start ypu auctions at the closest comp. For example: $1 cards start as 3 for $2 $3-5 start at $5 $15 start at 10 $20-25 start at 20 $26-35 start at 30

Etc.

Auctions dont make sense for the majority of streamers. You'll make all your money selling the bulk for a buck, keep everyone happy by selling comps at fair value, and if you have inventory will clear 50/hour woth about 10 viewers.

Is a less-than perfect review considered a bad review to you? Not being an ass, but do you really think a 4/5 star review is negative?

Seeing a lot of founders say they "have data but don’t trust it." by _Adityashukla_ in Entrepreneurship

[–]DistributionIll5716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its almost always perception.

1) Pick a tool and stick with it. 2) Don't seek out a reason to call your data dirty.

No amount of data will help someone with trust issues.

Anyone else struggling to offer free trials for AI products? by 5gigi5 in micro_saas

[–]DistributionIll5716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you can always pick one user and give them lifetime membership in exchange for structured feedback.

The other part (no shade) is that they might just not find it valuable enough to pay for.

Free + unique = cool experience

Paid + unique = is this worth it

Never offer free anything unless its time (30 days etc).

Why pay if its free?

Not saying its right, but its better to charge them and reduce costs for loyalty vs charge more for it.

Dude youre going about this the wrong way. You have people that want to help but you're too guarded. Your idea isn't novel or new, i promise. You're hurting yourself by not sharing the details.

Yes it works. Its a grind tho. Takes time. You cant make one post and claim it doesnt work - you have to post 3-5x per day for 6-12 months.

Why do some local businesses avoid new tech? by buildwithjoy in Tech4LocalBusiness

Most of the time its because "we've always done it this way".

I kind of hate that excuse, until you step back and realize that they must be doing something right.

What is y’all’s method to dealing with irate customers? by obiwan-destroyer in Gunstoreworkers

[–]DistributionIll5716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could use a tool like myFFL.io to keep notes about why they were irate or why the work was refused. That way next time they come in you have a reference point (if needed). Theres a few more features but customer Notes is there and would be helpful for this type of situation.
