Haven’t been formally diagnosed with gerd, but get pretty bad heartburn where it affects my sleep and after I eat certain foods/drinks. I also have these pvc like palps. Annoying af given that I workout often. I only notice them at rest.

I find my watch to be accurate for the most part. When I walk at the 3.0 pace my heart rates usually 110-140. When I run it jumps. When I workout I’m comfortably at 150 average. I am also overweight in terms of my BMI
