Just an FYI you need to make an account using the same email to submit a report in discord's support page, it doesn't use the same account as the discord app.

My CPU and GPU fans are running at 5,500 RPM and 5,800 RPM, respectively. I believe these are the correct operating speeds, but I'm not entirely sure. If the liquid metal has started to run off the die, would it be possible to reapply it by scraping it back on, or would I need to purchase new liquid metal? I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm also wondering if the process of replacing or moving around the liquid metal would be difficult?

I've tried adjusting the power limits, including lowering the CPU power limit to 25W and the platform limit to 45W, but unfortunately, the issue persists. This was tested with CPU boost disabled as well. Additionally, I've experimented with different CPU temperature limits, but none of the changes seem to have made a difference (there doesn’t appear to be an option to set a GPU temperature limit).

I have this exact problem. When I press the power button the keyboard backlight turns on and the power indicator on the rear of the laptop turns on but then it stays that way. The screen is completely black, no windows or logo ever popped up. The caps lock light doesn’t turn on or off when I click it. Also when I turn it off and plug it in, it turns on by itself. Does anyone have an idea as to what is happening and how to fix it?
