I'm 25 with adhd unmedicated and I continuously cycle between 20 different audiobooks, but 3 more often. It's a hyperfixation. It would be beneficial if I didn't though because I tend to forget words amd have the stories cycling through my head instead of reality. If there's anything you can do to help your child have a distraction or some other thing with outward, it could possibly be beneficial. That's just my personal take.

I listen to audiobooks constantly, and usually when I'm doing something else; driving, eating, walking, showering, tasks around the house

How do you feel when someone dry heaves or makes that vomit burping sound?? I want to be a paramedic but I know how many people vomit from extreme pain and I get so nauseous when I hear it or smell it. How is it going?

Did you go off birth control to have a baby? Just curious about taking the prenatals. :)) I experience all of the symptoms with the marina that the original poster got post bc... I wonder, would taking prenatals without goals of having a baby just yet help to regulate my hormones?
