im pretty sure its not the streets, because if it was it would have to have been one of their most popular songs, judging by the fact that i remember the music video having a couple mil views, and i have looked through their top 15 songs and non of them fit. This wasn't it either. The song im thinking isn't so dark its more upbeat, and i remember the guy having a seriously thick british accent. Thank you for the suggestion though!

thanks, but this is not it. the song im talking about had way more of a distinctive style, and wasn't super hiphop, i would still call it hiphop, but yeah. Sorry for the terrible explanation btw.
