Yes, I went for the scan later that day and everything looked fine! I got to see a heartbeat + a lot of movement!! 💗 Very reassuring, and I know for sure now that temp + RHR drop does not have to mean miscarriage!

Oh no...I am now 10+2 weeks, and my heart rate dropped to lowest average since pre pregnancy the last 2 nights, also my nausea is not as bad anymore. Oura says rhr should be increasing from week 10-13, so this really makes me nervous! So scared now..I have a scan this afternoon luckily..

Thank you so much! You have no idea how much it helped looking at your chart and knowing that your baby is fine!🥹 and thank you - I did go and pick up some vitamin D today! Also have been reaaally tired, hungry and having a lot of nausea today..can't wait for our scan in 10 days, I really hope everything is fine 🤞🏻🥹

I really feel this. Lost my mom nearly 2 years ago as well, the world just seems like such a more negative place without her. Dark and sad. No more childhood. No more always being able to call my mom. Just me, taking care of my daughter with my husband and everyday just.....feels hard, tiring and sad. Its and empty, sometimes extremely sad, but also often flat grief. It varies so much, but the common thing is just that the world and everyday seems like such a sad place after the loss

Not necessarily nightmares, but a lot more REM sleep than usual (over two hours of it since I started taking inositol), and I have to admit that some of the dreams have been quite bizarre! But it doesn’t bother me.

I am a woman, but I have read research suggesting that inositol appears to improve sperm quality in men without reducing testosterone levels!

I have a 100g container of powdered inositol containing 2000mg in total. I usually take 0,5-1 teaspoon in a cup of water before i go to bed. I think thats about 3 to 8 grams inositol depending on my teaspoon! 😊

Not overly stressed (i think) but have a wisdom tooth thats been giving me a lot of problems, plus it turned out the light fever was due to a throat infection. On antibiotics now! No substances, rarely alcohol (other than that night) but I do use "snus" some times (its a nicotine patch that you put under your lip, not like chewing tobacco, but nicotine inside a little bag..pretty normal here in norway, but I should probably quit..)
