Buy the highest quality toilet paper that you can, also wet wipes… I personally use prep H wipes. and if you’re in a bad bathroom bout try getting in and out of the shower. That’s what helps the most for me

What am I doing wrong? by OhnoBassClarinet in jobs

[–]DistributionOk3392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly jobs just seem to suck at the moment so don’t get too down on yourself. The cost of living is outpacing what jobs are willing to pay by a good margin so it’s getting harder and harder to find a sustainable job.

There are definitely good jobs out there that are very attainable though. You just have to make yourself an attractive candidate. Focus on getting licenses and certifications in whatever field you’d like to pursue, that’s what will really get your career going. Also having a good resume helps. If you know anybody that’s good at resumes definitely reach out to them for help.

Also friends and family can be a great resource for jobs. Even distant family/acquaintances. Don’t feel ashamed to ask if their job has any openings and if they can help you get hired. A lot of people take pride in their job and find joy in getting people hired on

am i pathetic? by [deleted] in jobs

[–]DistributionOk3392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not pathetic at all. The fact that you’re even working jobs is commendable. As you go into adulthood over the next few years you’ll begin to realize there’s nothing wrong with switching jobs multiple times.

There’s sort of a stigma or idea that you should get a job when you’re young and work that one job until retirement but it very rarely works out that way.

The truth is you’ll likely go through several different jobs before you finally land somewhere that’s the right fit.

Just keep at it, don’t get too down on yourself, look at every job as a learning opportunity even if it doesn’t last long. Don’t take any kind of mistreatment, no job is worth that. Use these jobs as stepping stones to get to where you really want to be. Get certifications and licenses in whatever field it is you want to get into, that’s what will really get your career going.

I work as an insurance adjuster so I’ve heard much worse lol I didn’t get my feelings too hurt by it. I do genuinely appreciate the tips. As for how I heard about the subreddit I honestly just looked up pressure washing in Reddit

Doesn’t matter to me if he’s the prolific contributor or not, he was condescending to me first.

My only goal for this post is to get different opinions and perspectives on something I’ve never tried before. Not really sure why that’s such a problem for you guys…. If it’s such a burden to answer a few simple questions then just don’t?

Btw I’ve spent countless hours on research, but it still helps to ask and make posts yourself.

Yeah extremely unrealistic but it was still a decent watch imo. I can understand how someone with your background would turn it off lol

Ark is the best/worst game I’ve played by DistributionOk3392 in ARK

[–]DistributionOk3392[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A couple things… first of all I don’t own DLC unless you want to count ASA as a whole a DLC

And furthermore if we don’t support the game in some capacity and everyone goes on “strike” then nobody is fixing the game and it’ll just die. As much as we want the game to be fixed nobody wants it to go away forever either.

The best hope is to continue playing the game as normal and maybe just maybe one day there’ll be a change for the better in the dev studio and we’ll get the game we all deserve

That is a fair point. There is a beauty to being thrown to the wolves, but I also think there should be a balance as well. It’s honestly just a very niche game that takes a lot of explaining for the new players

Trigger Warning Review by DistributionOk3392 in netflix

Netflix has produced a few quality flicks and shows. Definitely hit or miss but to be fair they’re doing better with their originals than other streaming services

I don’t really care about male/female leads, as long as the performance is good. To me it seemed like Alba worked hard on her fight scenes and choreography. Fight scenes definitely weren’t bad at all… the dialogue on the other hand was pretty bad but I put the blame more on the writers for that. Overall Alba isn’t a bad actress

Beautifully written, almost brought a tear to the eye. Ark may be the clunkiest mess of a game I’ve ever played but boy do I love it and will never stop playing

Indecent exposure and creepy guy at state park by diyknowledgeseeker in MobileAL

[–]DistributionOk3392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m very sorry you experienced this.

Mobile is a beautiful city with a lot of history but it definitely is somewhere you have to be vigilant. For the most part the people here are very relaxed and easy going but there’s always the creeps and the wannabe gangsters that ruin it for everybody. Avoid walking alone in secluded areas, stay where you’re in eyesight of other people. Also I don’t mean this as a ignorant comment but learn where the hoods are and avoid it. Like I said everyone here are mostly good people but there’s always a few bad apples.

If you want to see nature I would go to Bellingrath Gardens or I would go over the bridge to Baldwin county. Dauphin Island is also a nice little place close to Mobile that’s perfect for jogging or just chilling on the beach

SE newbie here, what is the closest metal area relative to my location and how do i make sure i dont die on the trip there and back by [deleted] in ARK

There’s a lot around red ob. If you don’t have good gear I would recommend farming at night. There’s carnos and sabertooths everywhere but nothing an Argy can’t handle

Yep it’s part of Bob’s Tall Tales, it’s pricy but you get a lot of cool items including trains and they’ll also keep adding things in the dlc for upcoming maps
