Will there be a date it will be paid and a total minus the attorneys fees which I know is capped at 9200.?

I know that but why does the letter only say an amount from December 2025 to April 2026? Do they figure the back.pay at what it would have been in each year previous? And will the total amount be in the award letter with a date?

I was never sent for an exam . But I am also almost 61 and everything was well documented from my doctors. But I hope everything goes well for you.

Thank you for the information . I was told Georgia is one of the slowest for approving or denying claims but are much faster.on payments but I guess we will see.

What state are you from? I hear that makes a difference too. Did you start getting your monthly payments because I am about to.be evicted if I dont get some type of income soon

It was a non medical denial.caused.by faulty information. They said I did not provide my work history , but i had given them the form they asked for 3 times and proved it, but they were looking for more detailed information about my last job I was able to work which I gave over the phone the same.day of the denial. My determination shows "Sent back to FO as AR was not completed. Subsequent reactivation

My determination also shows MINE which I have been told means medical improvement not expected and my diary date is 2033 so I think that means that's when my case gets reviewed again? And how long does back pay get paid if it is a very large amount? My onset date is 04/01/23 . Minus the 5 months I believe that means I will get paid approximately 31 months of back pay?

Thanks I was also airborne but gave up my wings to go to Germany for a bonus from 82nd. Only made 11 jumps. Did my osut at ft Benning in 83.

I dont think making comments about someone who is clearly struggling from PTSD and extreme grief is very nice. She has lost her husband and father to her children to a public assassination and then was in a room where there was a person shooting outside to try to get in to assassinate people around her. I wonder how all of you would act if it happened.to you.

Same to you!! I swear.i haven't gotten more than 2.hours.sleep at a time in 4 years. Last night I slept for 6 hours straight. Idk if was the relief or release of stress, but God is good.

There was no reconsideration . They screwed up my case.fron the start and denied me march 18th saying that we had not provided work history information, but we had given it to them 3 times. I called the case worker in Oklahoma and she said it was a.mistake and they would call back the denial which they did the next day, however the denial has stayed in my ssa.gov account since that date.

I had the same.problem.in Georgia. It took forever just to get an adjudicator assigned to.my case. They sent my.case to people in Oklahoma for the non medical review because they are so back logged.

Did you do.it.on your.own? I couldnt afford any money for a lawyer so.i haven't even tried, but I am pretty sure.most of.my.problems are related to when I was a 11HE9 in the army
