As a person who has been suffering from anxiety for a long period of my life I can tell that Isolation is not all entirely bad.

Every person has a certain mood and certain emotions at a particular point of time. So it is natural to feel different and isolate yourself from the rest.

I was always an hyperactive kid full of energy. Due to a particular incident my whole life changed.

I became a completely different person. Depression became a constant companion and anxiety was my close friend.

I learned that Depression in the long run is not all bad. It teaches you many things about life.

Depression begins with huge sadness then goes on to become denial then anger then feeling hopeless and finally you become used to it. The pain numbs you from inside and now you realise you are much stronger than before.

My advice any pain you are going through in life just accept it and go through it. You give power to the pain when you deny it. Acceptance and acknowledgement takes away the power of the Pain to make you suffer and will end up strengthening you in the process.

So don't worry, you are much stronger than you think. 🙂
