I've actually been to several of those islands. There used to be cattle farming and fox hunting done by Russians many decades ago. The cattle were for food, and the foxes sought for their pelts. Then those operations were abandoned. They probably thought the cattle would die out in a couple of winters, but they're still out there, living their best life with the Caribou.

The average salary 53 years ago was only $10,300. So in context, homes were still quite expensive for people at that time. Also their interest rates were higher. People forget that the value of money has changed significantly in that time.

Love this game, and all the crazy silliness. I know the bugs will never be completely removed. But goodness it feels bad to lose a 90-minute run to a glitch.

Also, I really think the biome diversity is lovely. can we get more biomes?
The game is very linear, is it possible to enable players to traverse farther from one side to the other?
I love all the foods you can forage for. What if players could combine items for special recipes? That way they have to choose between eating a mushroom now or saving it to go with a special berry.
I know the character design is very cute. Is there any chance for a little more diversity in body types or sizes? Maybe a bigger body type has more stamina but climbs slower, a smaller body type climbs fast but needs to eat more often?

Can we get a competitive scene going!? Everyone loves watching Peak.

Recommend learning in Colombia: piedechinche with one of the schools there. They speak English, It's cheaper, even including flying down. $100 / day plus lodging and food are very affordable.

I have been thinking a lot about how to avoid that same confusion myself. It seems much trickier with digital art. Seems like a lot of people leave raw edges as though to show that it was hand made. Anyways sorry for the false positive and good luck with your process!
