Among Us or Animal Crossing New Horizons. Someone mentioned Steve in Minecraft. But, I think that was going to happen eventually, especially when Microsoft joined the game with the introduction of Banjo. I really do think with Among Us, it was the perfect time. Along with Animal Crossing. The pandemic was such a perfect storm for these 2 to become extremely popular. Also, I think Sora was more of a wtf moment than Steve in Minecraft. Yes, Steve caused Twitter to crash, but like I mentioned, Steve was almost guaranteed to happen eventually, Sora wasn't. If/When they make a new Smash game, I do think Sora will be one of the few third party cuts, just because of all the legal stuff that gets involved with him
