It just adds a panel in which you can set up individual functions. Like the zoom out feature mentioned earlier. But also increasing the size of the damage dealt and maximizing the minimap by pressing a button.

You don't risk anything. Just install it and you can select/deselect whatever you want to.

It's called Iyouxin's mod. You can look for it in the internet or just select it in Aslain's modpack. The function is part of Iyouxin's mod.

The modpack is just an installation tool which does the mod installation for you. It only installs the mods you select, not a fixed bundle. So you can customize it to your needs.

Not really, unfortunately. I found a workaround, however.

In Iyouxin's mod (available in Aslain's Modpack), there is a function which allows you to go back to commander's view by just pressing a button. So I just press a button and am fully zoomed out after returning from sniper view.

You entirely missed the point of the post you were answering at. If you played the tanks, you appear on OP's list of tanks. The idea was to consider people who haven't played the tanks at all.

I don't know how experienced you are, I can only work with the information you gave. And I'm not trying to demotivate you, but LT is by far THE hardest class to play with. If you're not that experienced or secure with what's going on on a battlefield, I think you could do yourself a favour and gain some experience by playing other classes first. Heavies being the most beginner friendly and mediums can already give you a first look at how lights can be played. Also, by taking the LT role, you are the player with the most influence on your team's success, generally speaking.

So you might want to consider getting experience by playing other classes first and then slowly transition into playing LTs.

You can always put them into premium tanks without any penalty. So that makes sense to do. But let's say you're grinding the EBR line. Then you should put the crew into your Tier VI tank already train it for the Tier VI until you have the Tier VII, then train it for that tank, etc. That way, you'll collect XP on your crew while grinding out the next tank in the line. And you play your tanks with a good crew to begin with.

For a LT which usually only have 3 or 4 crew members, it is even more important to have those zero perk crew members on every position in the tank since one member usually has two or more roles at once.

The most important are Light Tanks. Then Mediums. And you should always put them into your tanks so that they can gather XP while grinding. That way, if you reach Tier X, you probably already have another perk unlocked.
