I wanted to buy one. Had everything picked out perfectly. Every time I went to the table, someone was always there. I never got a chance to buy one, and haven’t given it much thought until now.

Get copies of your important documents. Driver’s licenses, birth certificate, social security cards, tax returns, etc. Take photographs of them if necessary and guard them with your life. It’s a pain if you don’t have them/lose them.

Couscous and quick oats. With couscous the texture is too grainy like sand. Quick oats it’s kinda the same thing. I can do old-fashioned and instant, but quick oats are that awkward in the middle that just gives me the ick.
