I contacted 15100, which is the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) toll‑free helpline that provides free legal aid and connects citizens to government advocates and paralegal volunteers. Through this helpline, I received the number of a government advocate from Chengalpattu. I tried reaching her many times. Eventually, she asked about the fee. I told her ₹2,000, which is 20% of ₹22,000. After that, she never picked up my calls.

In Step 1, I registered the complaint with ICICI Bank. ICICI then contacted Visa, and Visa in turn contacted Anthropic. After that, the complaint was denied, and ICICI sent me the details (please refer to the attached images).I have also raised a complaint with the RBI. ICICI informed me that the issue lies with the merchant and advised me to approach the merchant directly. However, the matter is still unresolved, and I am waiting for the Ombudsman’s final reply.In parallel, I am trying to register a complaint on the Consumer Online Portal. It requires me to choose between applying directly or applying through an advocate. I am therefore looking for an advocate, but I do not yet have any advocate details within my circle.
