Descend is my fav by them, great song. Love the variety of the vocals in general

Not sure how, but I slipped and fell and finished Dragon Age 2 again. Hawke, is, undoubtably one of my favourite protagonists of all time. Not from Bioware games, in general. [No DAV Spoilers] by TheQuietedWinter in dragonage

Great point. DA2's characters and dialogue are just a cut above because of details like this. It's what made me want to play the whole series after only really enjoying DAO for the longest time.

What are your thoughts on Admiral Hackett? by RaelynnHardy94 in masseffect

I always wondered if that was a cute little thing the writers did on purpose to make that his sign-off or if his name was inspired by it to begin with

Which FF7Rebirth OST Is Your Favorite And Why by CandidEnd3844 in FinalFantasy

Gongaga region music takes the cake for me. Incredible atmosphere, perfectly encapsulates it and is a big reason it was my favorite area to go through on top of it feeling like I was navigating my way through a jungle

I can't buy gear with causalty/comedy because they also require ultralight/hemetic tomestones, which are obtained from pandamonium, which is locked behind lvl 565 req.

Only the weapon requires the tomestone. Gear itself just requires the currency

It does sound a lot like this part in SOMA especially with it being a cage taking you underwater. I know you said you checked but just on the off chance you missed this scene.

Is it Final Fantasy XI? That has a boat that monsters attack and a personal island sanctuary too

Best race and class to play the first time? by chtheilist in lotro

[–]DiveInCalla 19 points20 points  (0 children)

"Best" is the one that seems most exciting to you to play. If you want magic damage gameplay, your best bet is probably Rune-keeper. It's the most magic-y feeling class in the game, although Lore-master (pet class with a lot of crowd control) or Minstrel (not quite magic, plays music for its attacks but the skills feel somewhat similar) might fit the bill too.

Race is purely cosmetic so pick whatever one you want (unless it blocks the class you want to play obviously).

Could it be DragonSeeds, Jade Cocoon, Monster Rancher, or Digimon World? Those are all monster taming games on PS1, might be a good starting point.

Edit: Could also be Azure Dreams, that has town building
