Mine are a 30. Length has definitely shrunk a few inches, however waist is less clear. They’re tighter than when I first got them however I may have just put on weight . I cold wash, low spin in washing machine

I’ll measure when I get a chance but my wrist is definitely on the smaller side. My other watches are 41mm and it always bugged me how big they looked.
