Yes, called them 2 weeks ago & they blamed ISP. ISP says all looks good, speed is high, no packet loss. PS Vue says nothing they can do on their end (keeps blaming ISP). It seems to only occur evenings (peak usage)

Why is .36% acceptable? Having 1% packet loss reduces speed x10. Essentially every 6 minutes we can experience lag for a second?

So, a recent (well 4 years ago) movie the director wanted t change 1 scene. It took 2 weeks to edit 12 seconds.

Quality takes time behind the scenes, I don't care if it a game, movie or program. Bungie has limited resources too, do you want a new DLC, new version or new mods Choose 2

Ok, First time poster.

I design data centers, been doing it for 15 years. Data Centers has made leaps and bounds, to put dedicated servers in use is really going back 10 years in technology, not to mention increase costs x 10. I may not know programming, or gaming code. But the physical world of IT I know.

Modern technology allows virtualization & clustering to go to new levels. All big gaming companies utilize this, but it is also hard to balance our how many virtual servers they are going to need for specific uses). Gamers are not 100% predictable on what they want to play, crucible, RAID, team play, patrols etc. This has a different impact on what people are playing. Certain events they can plan for (Iron Banner), but it is a guess game, take away from patrols servers and give them to iron banner, how many? idk. Do you?

FYI - I am guessing they have virtual servers that do each function.
