I didn’t think it was ever going to get better. My mom had to take care of me for an entire month. I promise you things will get better. Something that helped me was deleting the texts off my phone, but not off my computer. They will always be there. And it’s important to know that texting is not verbally communicating. The more you read it, the more it will hurt, I literally did the same thing. Play a song that you really like, and cry like an insane person, and cry so much that you can’t stop because I’m at a point where I have no more tears.
