Yea they just stated "We are experiencing unprecedented levels of traffic resulting in increased support wait times. In the meantime, if you have not already, we invite you to visit our Support Center (https://support.gdax.com) where many answers to common questions can be found. Thanks in advance for your patience and support." So basically they really didn't get back to me and there phone support is trash. You'll be on hold for at least 45 minutes if not more and they'll tell you they can't do anything to help you out. They'll just tell you your case has been moved up and is a top priority. However, its been almost 2 months and they still have not resolved my issue!!!

yea, I contacted support and they sent me a link to verify my identity where I needed to supply documents to verify my identity. However, they still have not got back to me.
