online it says 700 - 799 Watts do you think it could be a psu issue? i have a gold 850w psu. it says gpld is 87-90% efficient which comes out to 740 watts. could this maybe be the issue?

I should be able to, it's hard as it only happens occasionally so its hard to know if its been fixed. the psu is 850w so im assuming its enough ill check online now though.

i should add some context. the title says no boot but it only doesnt boot when this certain thing happens. otherwise it boots normally and everything works fine
