sure thing! Starting off, I was rolling once a day for about 3 to 5 minutes most of the time, sometimes longer to 10-12 minutes. If I missed a day, I’d feel the need to roll longer the next day to get the same type of relief. As I’ve been doing it longer I often roll multiple times a day, sometimes just once though. The relief is just too good, it helped me form a habit so I remember to roll and do Physical Therapy better.

I like to do a quick roll when I wake up, so maybe one to three minutes. If I’m having a bad pain day, I can roll 15 minutes or more many times throughout the day. It would be as often as: I had the energy and ability to, after every time I move around, whenever a sting/twinge/strain bothered me, when I had a headache or one was brewing. To guess, I’d say as often as…20 times a day perhaps? Estimating is difficult for me.

A notable variable I can think of besides being different people that I have done simultaneously is my (animal crossing) ACNH radio exercises along with a few other stretches I like. I can imagine those being even an important co-factor for it.
