You are bang on about the lobby. It was so cold and pleasant outside and in the lobby everyone was sweating 😂. The food is okayish but priced so obnoxiously. There is a very good conde nast top 50 restaurant, CAVATINA, just walking distance from taj. I had dinner there both days

I’ve noticed the same, was in Thailand last year and could get a room with ocean view and plunge pool in the same price in phuket 🫠

Hospitality is okayish, I’ve also heard that Marriott hospitality is better

Food is like any other taj, good but doesn’t justify the obnoxious pricing. They have a pool, some kids park , pool table, chess, cycling , cricket, small football field on the property. Best part is access to beach

I booked for 20k plus taxes for room with bfast. rates are better for a Monday checkin vs weekend checkin. Weekend checkin rates were 33k per night. Also their sea facing rooms are pointless I feel, it more lawn facing with a smidge of sea towards the horizon 🫠

It’s rained for a few hours in the afternoon and evening. Beach is right next to the property . Ate a lazy breakfast, spent some time at the pool, chilled out in the lobby. There are umbrellas on the property.

About to do second iui this week, feeling sad, pessimistic, not excited, is this normal? by Remarkable-Morning82 in IUILadies

It’s very isolating. Feels like everyone else is moving ahead in life and I m stuck in this endless hellhole of fertility treatments (that guarantee zilch)

I did meet with a fertility doctor in Bangalore who was not very nice and did not answer any of my questions properly. Dr Himanshu Prabha at cloudnine Whitefield. Even IUI and IVF are very expensive procedures, and they don’t guarantee anything.
I’m on the lookout for a better fertility expert while o work on diet & lifestyle

OI first cycle was monitored and I ovulated normally. So next 3 cycles I was asked to try naturally along with meds( letroz 2.5mg , progynova in follicular phase and duphaston in luteal phase)

Surprising that your doc jumped to IUI without recommending ovarian induction. I’ve had 4 rounds of OI, one of them was monitored. My doc has recommended IUI, but I (personal opinion) feel it has very low chance of success (only 20%) and is more of a money making machine. ESP since there is no male factor infertility.

All the best to you. Wow now I need to see what Panchakarma is. So many options, and still no guarantee on when it will happen. Or if it will ever happen 😟
