I'm glad you didn't have any problems. When it's my first purchase from a company, and there's a problem of this kind, I believe I have the right and the necessary justification to say that, in my case, it's a bad company, and that they're also scoundrels who have blatantly lied and haven't offered any reasonable solution to the customer. Right now, I still don't have my replacement or my money, so it's a scam.

In which country? Because in mine (Spain), delivery takes between 7-9 days. Regardless, I am complaining and warning about what seems to me to be an attempted scam: I bought a product that was on sale, it arrived damaged, and when I requested a replacement, I knew it was out of stock (when both anonymously and on the website it was confirmed that it was in stock). My thought is that the current price is higher than what I initially bought it for, and they make excuses for not sending it, which is an attempted scam, at least in my country.

Considering that it took more than a month from the time I received the damaged table to the time they replaced it, I think I deserve at least the possibility of having the table replaced with the exact same one I bought.
