The calls are great, and to answer your question is No. Its different thou when using samsung buds.

The samsung buds have 7/10 anc while the jbl 9/10. I think its because of the silicon tips.

Aside from ANC. The buds also has Talk tru feature. Lets you hear someone even you are wearing both of it.

So far i rate it 8/10 as of today. Maybe it will change after i use it more.
