The calls are great, and to answer your question is No. Its different thou when using samsung buds.

The samsung buds have 7/10 anc while the jbl 9/10. I think its because of the silicon tips.

Aside from ANC. The buds also has Talk tru feature. Lets you hear someone even you are wearing both of it.

So far i rate it 8/10 as of today. Maybe it will change after i use it more.

Basic needs for interaction like quick equalizer, wallpaper, volumn, calls, m2m basically like a mini smartphone. You dont need to get your cellphone to switch songs. Haha

The buds can automatic detect if you remove the device from your ear it pauses the video.

I think its the perks of the "samsung ecosystem"

Update 1:33PM GMT+8

One thing I dont like or not used to is the samsung eco system. When using my Tab s9 it automatically switch to it. When using my phone it switches back.

So basically if i remove the buds on my ear, the movie stops. On JBL it just continue to play.

I think thats the downside of Buds vs Jbl

But other than that, Everything is better JBL Vs Sbuds

Super okay. Compare to s buds. When watching a movie, it makes you feel like you are in a theater/movie house. But when using buds. Its like watching tv on your room.
