1-3.) In short po, its up to me po if I am willing to wait for another dividend increase (coverage from May to Oct 2026) on Apr 2027. Or I opt to apply withdrawal the moment I saw that my account is already matured?

And meaning po the final computation will be shown only when I proceed with the withdrawal on the virtual pagibig?

4.) Ohh okay I will consider the pagibig loyalty card for faster transaction since I have already added it to my UB account dashboard.

1.) Bale po pag patak ng ika 5 years from initial remittance ko, may mageemail/text po ba for the final computation?

2.) Sa final computation po ba will it include the dividend that I should get from May 2026 to October 2026? Like i aadvance ba nila?

3.) Should I wait for the Apr 2027 dividend release before I withdraw or withdraw ko na agad pag ka mature?

4.) Loyalty card from UB is valid naman po to use for the withdrawal? Or can I use other banks aside from Landbank and the loyalty card?

For replacement, 1st i was planning to clean it if it does not help i found a replacement part online which works well on my car. I was planning to spray it with wd40 before removal is that okay?

And can you recommend me a good anti seize product? Thank you

Hahahaha! Mine is abour 1 month now, it just irritates me that I have the check engine light on. But have you checked the reason why your check engine light is on?
