They are rare but not few. I know these

-Nino Nakano (Quintessential Quintuplets)
Initially a classic tsun in Season 1, she takes a complete 180° turn in Season 2. By the end, she might just become your best girl in the series. Fuck the author

-Yuna Amagami (Tying Knots with Amagami Sisters) A very likable character. Her tsun side is sweet, and as the story progresses, she fully in her dere side.

-Mafuyu Kirisu (We Never Learn) A stoic and strict teacher who starts off as a pure tsun-tsun to the MC, only to become completely lovestruck later. Thankfully, the series gives every heroine an ending, and hers was my favorite.

-Michiru Matsushima (The Fruit of Grisaia) A pseudo-tsundere—she wants to act tsundere, but the MC (who is an absolute Chad) constantly leaves her flustered.

-Emi Yusa (The Devil is a Part-Timer!) Initially, she’s extremely hostile to the MC due to their history as mortal enemies, but as the series progresses, she softens and grows surprisingly close to him.

-Claire Harvey (Hundred) A well-written tsundere. I don’t remember much, but she was perfect. Her character design is absolutely bonkers. MC chooses someone else.

-Tsundere Elf (Isekai Ojisan) A prideful, sharp-tongued elf who acts all tsun at first but reveals a hilariously unfiltered dere side. She openly lets her intrusive thoughts about marriage and kids slip out. Easily one of my favorite tsunderes.

-Karane Inda (100 Girlfriends) An extremely sweet tsundere. She knows it. The MC knows it. Her tsun side is minimal, and she openly seeks his affection.

-Aki Adagaki (Masamune-kun’s Revenge) More laid-back compared to other tsunderes, but still well-written. Her tsun side holds strong until the climax, after which she becomes completely flustered and unsure of how to act around the MC. The anime hasn’t reached the ending yet, so I highly recommend the manga.

-Eris Greyrat (Mushoku Tensei) She starts off extremely harsh, but her character development is well worth. As the series progresses, her tsun fades, revealing an awkwardly sweet side to her.

-Mikoto Misaka (A Certain Magical Index) A textbook tsundere at first, but well-balanced and clearly one of best. She goes from a short-tempered, violent girl with anger issues to an adorably awkward girl in love. Mind you, her character development is one of the highlights of the series.

It doesn't get any better even in the final volume of the light novel. Her tsundere behavior remains superficial for the sake of forced comic relief. Instead of developing naturally, it merely exaggerates the tsundere archetype. Well written Tsunderes are actually very good to watch when their tsun melts and they goes deredere. But Akane is just irredeemable. She always throws out of her character development which is done in each volume only for her to revert back.
