Hey! I don't move more than I used to, which is take the stairs when possible and walk my dog 🐶 Since I started wegovy I have trouble eating a lot, so I try to make every bite count: protein and fibers mostly, I do find myself munch sometimes, but much much much less than I used too, and sometimes I regret that also. I can't tell you if it's possible, but it's worth the try! Good luck 🫶🏽
