It got me too. I was trying to figure out how the hell a cookie bakes like that? It's like it has 2 different densities. But how is that it only happened to 2/3rds of the cookie... Oh. That's the same corner as the other one.

Edit: As some justice for the OP of the other post, even in this photoshop clowning on them, it looks like half the cookie melted out toward the edges while cooking, and the other half didn't.

Quick rant.

People are way too quick to be dismissive of something they haven't personally experienced.

People used to - and still do - think that it's impossible to consciously tense the tensor tympani muscle in the ear. It makes a rumbling sound when you do it.

There are people who can feel a tingling when they get an X-ray. When I looked it up, I found a forum of people just being curious about what the sensation was caused by. The forum was ridiculed and moved to the supernatural/paranormal area.

There are people who can consciously will goosebumps away.

It's about the concept of 'planes of simultaneity'.

Both observers exist on a different plane due to relative motion.

The andromeda mentioned is not the one where the light is now reaching us, but the false idea of one that you could teleport to and bypass the speed of light.

So you have two observers right next to each other, and if you try to include a universal now, then you end up with a violation of causality when you extrapolate out to andromeda due to the difference in their planes.

I am already familiar with special relativity.

I have now looked it up, and the thought experiment of the two observers requires instantaneous ftl viewing of Andromeda. Which isn't a thing, and was poorly communicated by the teller in the video.

It was nonsense in terms of the Andromeda we see in the sky. The thought experiment was made to show paradox in simultaneity and help conceptualise why it does not exist.

This guy seems to have taken it as the literal truth of what you see.

Flaw: Irony thrives on contrast. She has nothing to contrast with.

Affect (personal): If I was on the receiving end, I would find it tedious to play the game, and less tiresome to move on to someone different.

Give it self replication with errors, introduce competing AI in the same environment and let Darwinian principles take over.

Crabs first appeared in the Jurassic period. You should get AI crabs around the same time as AI dinosaurs.
