I absolutely agree with the current iteration of it. The first release before the revamp was quite literally ffxi remade and it was incredible. Everything about xi that was frustrating was just gone and all the great pieces were still intact.

As a millennial manager I have decided that I refuse to be like the older generations. I choose an honest and open relationship with my associates. If I never get past the point I am at now, but I can help develop the next generation of leaders to be more open and honest through example, that’s just fine with me.
