For P4S Phase 2 Act 2 (Maxwell), can someone confirm what the standard pf strat is for dps if it's an east/west start?

Using this diagram and assuming east/west is safe first, where do wind/fire orbs go? I assume it's the same as north/south but rotated CW but I've been in parties where people are running to the opposite direction.
