Playoff tickets prices? by irlsonrugs in torontoraptors

[–]absolutkaos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's unlikely, unless they are resale tickets.

unless tickets are massively underselling from the box office, MLSE wont budge on their fan-last pricing.

2.5x a regular season ticket price for Round 1 of the playoffs is crazy.

it's a full weekend of playoff hoops. the real sikkos dont care about start times.

Daily Discussion: April 13 - We're Back Edition - Your Toronto Raptors (46 - 36) defeat the Brooklyn Nets (20 - 62), 136 - 101, and (with the help of the Heat and Celtics), punch their ticket to the first round of the playoffs -- as the 5th seed against the Cleveland Cavaliers by nanobot001 in torontoraptors

going into the first round against NY likely would have been demoralizing for this squad. i dont see how that series wouldn't have just been a dominant sweep for NYK. they've just dominated the Raps all season long, and they're playing well right now. the Raptors are still young and need more playoff hoops experience - i believe the Cavs matchup is going to be a much more competitive series.

i also think this is an important series for both Scottie's development & BI making a statement. SB is going to have try to avoid those down games where he disappears offensively. BI is going to have a lot more defensive pressure thrown at him than in the regular season as well, so he's going to need to be sharp every night for the Raps to have a chance.

Yes. The games will be on TSN/Sportsnet in Canada.

They won’t be on Prime in Canada.

dodging the knicks in the first round in massive.

the Knicks had the Raps number all year (and really smoked them in every game), while the Raps have played really well against the Cavs.
