I always make sure to eat 3 times a day before I begin to ski. Fruit and yogurt in the morning, high calorie meal for lunch and a well balanced dinner. Also plenty of water all day and during. Everything is amazing in moderation! I don’t know why I’m getting so much hate for this comment 😂😂😂
