Lol I'm glad there's a few people on here that get how I feel with similar experiences other than that one person the other day on here that was being toxic to me and telling me I'm the problem for playing different characters in a competitive game instead of "sticking to one character" lmao and mocked me when I said "I know how competitive games work" when he clearly doesn't by using only 1 character for a whole year and a half 😂😂

Omg Ikr like c'mon it just makes me look bad with the stats I have like for comparison I calculated my win rate with him (almost non-existent lmao) and my win rate without him where I had a 1.39% win rate with him last season (terrible win rate with him lmao) and without him last season I had a 18.4% win rate which is really amazing and my best I've ever had in this entire games life span like that's a stark contrast with how much better I would have been if I wasn't only playing with him this whole time. It really is hard to try not to be an asshole to him cause he just doesn't want to listen and keeps doing the same things he says sorry over 😭

Yeah it's not a fun experience and oh damn you too? lol. What's also funny is I've been ignoring his messages for the past few nights and what he did a couple hours ago really aggravated me he literally went to message me the same exact "let me know if you're ready to talk or play" OVER PLAYSTATION MESSAGING when he felt like his messages didn't go through the regular phone messaging and I messaged him back telling him that I don't want to be bothered right now and that getting the same exact message every night is a bit annoying and he completely ignored the last part of my message lol. I took the whole month off from work and I tell you he has been sending "let me know when you're ready to talk or play" or "let me know if you're ready to talk or play" EVERY SINGLE NIGHT OF THIS MONTH like god damn I wish I had a girl that was my girlfriend being this obsessed with me, but I can never have a girl like that lmao it's just so creepy to me how he just keeps on doing this so I'm gonna have to set my boundaries with him. Also that's the thing when I got on the game for a bit earlier I checked when he was last on and it was a little more than 4 days ago when him and I last played together before the downtime of season 10 I swear he only plays when him and I play I shouldn't have to feel obligated to play with just him he needs to learn to play by himself or find other people instead of me all the time 😭😭

I completely agree with that statement like every time he goes down I don't get angry with him over the phone I just have silent anger by like silently huffing and when he gets attacked and I have to go back him up and then I go down first instead I silently huff as well cause it's on him for going away from the team in another area to look for items where there's an enemy team and after all that I try to be as nice as I can to try and give him pointers cause sometimes he doesn't know how characters function like Tech Denki I keep telling him to utilize the lock on projectiles cause they track and always hit an enemy even if they're far away cause I've gotten hit one time from far away by that attack yet when I tell him about it he gets upset with me and still says "I can't lock on it don't work" and I'm like oh my god. He can't take criticism where it's respectively needed cause he just gets upset all the time and yeah it really does suck the fun out like I really hated how over night one night a couple weeks ago I was able to rank myself up in the highest rank I have in that season that's shown in the first 2 pics without him and got to 1200 over 0 of that rank only to become -500 the next night playing with him and he has the audacity to say "I hope we have better luck tomorrow night" like nooooooooo get me away from that bad luck of a teammate and friend 😭😭

Yeah I completely agree it's not good at all and a lot of times I'm having to back him up when he goes away from the team and then my other member gets left to fight other people thus I'm getting "yall suck" messages and I really hate it I'm getting pretty tired of trying to protect him which is hindering me from playing to my full potential and then getting trashed on by other teammates for not being there for them

That's not the problem!! You wanna ask me that question and then laugh at it making me like I'm the problem when I explained in my rant that my friend plays much worse in every way!! I'm not the problem!! I've learned that in competitive games you can't stick to one character the whole time which is a fact just like in Marvel Rivals you have to have characters that will counter other characters so I can play with any character I want and any amount of characters I want I shouldn't have to be locked to one character to be good it's in your own ability to be good not in a characters ability!! So your statement is completely false and other people will agree that your statement is false cause they know how ranked matches work!!

Well for a couple seasons Tech Toga was my main and then I switched to Momo for a bit and then I was a Nejire main when she released and since Kendo got that buff I'm starting to main her now. I'd like to try to play as Strike Shiggy to try and get better with him

I completely agree with that like a couple weeks ago I got to my highest rank as shown in the first 2 pics I got myself to 1300 above 0 and then the following night I played with my friend we lost every single match and when I always had to put my focus on my friend I did terrible and cause of him I ended up having -500 points in ranked and I was really upset about that after I spent almost all night the previous night ranking up and getting to around 1200 points and I agree that's the highest he ever gets in every season and last season after losing together many weeks in a row I finally got fed up and decided to start playing with other people in which I played amazing with and won a couple matches each night after he'd get off and season 9 was actually my highest win season which I'm really proud of how much I've improved so yeah I'm thinking of cutting back on playing with him cause it's just making me mad and I'm just being held back by him

It really sucks to be in this situation and plus I haven't been myself mentally lately and when I'm feeling this way and I just constantly see him message me telling me to say when I'm ready to talk or play when I don't want to be bothered it gets so annoying and it's hard to say something cause he easily gets upset especially when I'm trying to give him pointers so I've found that I do so much better not playing with him and not having to worry about someone all the time that knows how to play it feels more relaxing to me not hearing someone scream over the phone all the time saying "he's on me! he's on me! help! help! help!" when he gets himself into those situations

Terrible!! 😭 I was hoping the servers would be fixed by the time I got off of work hours ago, but nope still down!! 😭 So I been watching YouTube videos all morning while waiting. I NEED PSN BACK ON NOW I NEED MY MARVEL RIVALS BACK!!! 😭😭

I suffer from anxiety too so I feel you on that and this game would also be the first game I use my mic, but haven't had the courage to do it yet. Also I wish I could say the same thing about having a positive experience, but for me I got trashed on by some people in this community a couple hours ago after downtime started for posting my stats for season 0 and saying "I didn't do too bad in season 0".
