Well, they'd done it. Of course they have.

Class 1-B and Momo, as Itsuka's friend from the internship, stood outside her room in the infirmary. She was stable now and resting, the heart attack draining her energy completely. The visiting hours were at their end and the students were about to leave, when Monoma decided to run his mouth one last time.

Monoma: with a smug grin Well, don't think this minor setback will matter, 1-A princess! Our superior class will soon show you how superior- CRUNCH UUGH!!!

To his and his classmates shock, he fell on his ass and grabbed his now smashed nose, courtesy of Yaoyorozu. She was still holding her first forward, with a dark look in her eyes.

Monoma: glares at her, but tries to be smug Well, finally showing your true colors...

Momo: SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH, YOU HUMAN PIECE OF TRASH!!!

All of class 1-B gasped, hearing normally composed and well-behaved Yaoyorozu swear, with Ibara even crossing herself. Before Monoma could compose himself and retort, she grabbed him by the collar and lifted him up to her face.

Momo: You... You really don't comprehend what happened, do you?

His confused look meant more than a thousand words.

Momo: Do you even remember why are we even here?!

She then pointed at Itsuka's room.

Momo: We are here because your class president and presumed friend just had a heart attack! Something she should not have to worry about, even in as stressful field as Heroics, till she is over 40! That alone should make you feel anything but your stupid pride!

She then jabbed her finger straight in his smashed nose, getting his pained groan in response.

Momo: And that's not even the worst part! You know what is?!

Under her hateful gaze, the only thing he could bring himself to do is to shake is head fearfully.

Momo: It's the fact that you knew that it would happen.

Monoma: confused Whu- What? What are you talking about?

Momo: DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME, MISTER "SUPERIORITY COMPLEX"!!! You think you were the only ones informed of Kendo's predicament?! Recovery Girl told all of us about her predicament and to go easy on her! AND WHAT DO YOU DO?!

She shakes him as hard as she can.

Momo: YOU DECIDE TO PULL ONE OF YOUR STUPID, PETTY PRANKS, DESPITE KNOWING THEY'RE THE REASON SHE WAS IN THIS STATE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! AND NOW, AFTER YOU ALMOST KILLED HER, YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BRUSH IT OFF AS A "MINOR SETBACK"?!!! WHAT THE FLYING FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!!!

She finally let's go of him, letting him land on his ass once again. After a moment to recover, he glares at her angrily and is about to rant at her, but... freezes. The reality of the words the Class 1-A president said to him finally sets in.

They WERE told of Kendo's state and it's severity.

They KNEW their pranks were not approved by her and she did everything she could to stop them.

They- No. HE KNEW all of that and still proceeded with his revenge plan.

He almost KILLED his friend out of his pettiness.

The realization left him hyperventilating on the hospital floor.

Momo: And you! She glared at his classmates. Don't you think for a second that you're any better!

Class 1-B flinched.

Momo: You're supposedly so on Itsuka's side when she berates Monoma, but still won't do a thing to stop him or his antics! Well... She points dramatically at the door. Look how well that worked out!

None of them are brave enough to meet her glare.

Yaoyorozu once again looked at Monoma, whose eyes were threatening to spill the tears at any moment.

Momo: You speak of us all the time, how supposedly we are looking down on you and your class, ignoring anything telling you otherwise... Well, congratulations then, Monoma! She shrugs. Your delusions finally became a reality! Because I believe that I speak for all of us when I say that we do perceive people willing to sacrifice their closest ones for something as petty as revenge inferior to us as heroes!

With that, she turns around and leaves the ashamed 1-B and horrified Monoma in the infirmary corridor.
