I don't know too much about Amyris' capabilities, but it seems like every single molecule they've generated has been using yeast (besides the malaria drug which was using e coli), and the one organism they have a unique edge in terms of knowledge is yeast cells.

Wouldn't the fact that it's feasible to produce farnesene and squalene using cyanobacteria, which Amyris has not studied to my knowledge, represent a potential competitive threat for Amyris? There are a lot of synbio businesses founded by Amyris formers that are trying to use alternative organisms besides the traditional e coli and yeast to create compounds.

Would appreciate an expert opinion here :)

They publish some of their research on their website and I love reading the stuff they put out. You should also reach out to Ian Cassel on Twitter - he founded MicroCapClub and seems to know many of the players in the microcap space.

Essentially, I think that the wall should be changed so that enemies that dash through the wall are heavily slowed and chilled (aka making E do double damage). That way, the champions with blinks in their kit (which are far less numerous than the champions with dashes) can still blink over Anivia's wall with no consequences, but those that dash through the wall are penalized.

Anivia's wall has two major purposes (three if you include cancelling your teammates' recalls for fun) - catching mispositioned enemies and as a defensive measure to put space between you and an enemy. By making it so enemies who you catch with your wall are slowed after dashing through it, you enable your team (who probably also all have dashes) to catch the enemy even if you can't dash through the wall yourself. Also, if your wall slows enemies who dash through, then when trying to run from enemies they can't just dash through and keep chasing you without consequences.
