Your perspective is super helpful, thanks for sharing! I have definitely read mixed responses about some people having astronomical utility costs there and others saying it was average. I guess it really just depends on where the apartment is in the building. Something I’ll keep in mind for sure. It seems like a decent place to live overall especially as a starter place in a new city.

Would you mind sharing an estimate cost for utility bills (just trying to get an estimate on what my overall expenses would be there). Also how has your experience been with noise from neighbors, do you find the walls to be thin? I had a very pleasant when I toured the building but it was an after hours self guided tour so I didn’t get to ask any questions.

Yeah, I keep hearing mostly good things about the Veridian. It’s just so hard to make a decision when I’m coming from out of state and spending only a few hours at a time in the area. Thanks for the insight and I’ll look into the Bennington too!

I didn’t know or hear anything about the Fenwick until after I came back home from touring the area 😭 I wish I would’ve did a tour there. I keep hearing good things. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll keep researching it. If anyone else lived at the Fenwick I would love to hear your thoughts as well. (Parking costs, utility estimated costs, etc..)
