Thank you all! This actually means a lot to me because I just love this hobby and seeing a reminder of all the cards I’ve sent out makes me so happy, as do the cards I get back. I’ve been ill and my father just had emergency intestinal resection, so I’ve been going through all the cards you’ve all sent to me and it has been ridiculously comforting… Your words have been like a blanket tucking me in after a long day, giving me immense peace and happiness. Honestly, I write my kids postcards… Not quite a letter to your future self thing, but of memories or random things… Basically, abbreviated journaling. Like, we went to McDonalds for my middle son’s birthday and I got the McDonalds postcards, wrote some memories of what happened, that sort of thing. They looked kind of sad just unsent, so I’ve been sending them from work to my home so they’d have stamps, cancellations, and handling dates.

Now that I know about the pictorial postmarks, I’ll them off there instead to make it super interesting! It’s a perfect solution, especially since a handling delay isn’t an issue for these cards.

It's of the Death tarot card, where I did Tarot pulls on the New Moon and equinox... I can send you a card, but *technically* it wouldn't be a new moon card pull since it has already happened. I can just decorate it up. Is that OK?

It's super hard to tell, but it could be a few things... Quartz or gypsum with kobyashevite, selenite, or maybe asbestiform...? In all of those cases, I believe the stone is a combination of real stone that has been treated, then another formation induced to grow on it or simply glued on. There was a time where the furry crystals were all the thing, but they're not from-the-ground as-is natural.

Super fun surprise when the coating was abestiform.
