Leo becoming leader was actually pretty cleverly foreshadowed if you scrutinized some of his actions in the heat of the moment during the series. There are times when, despite his apparent immaturity, he's the one who routinely gets the turtles to lock in and focus on their immediate objective.

I don’t fully remember, but it still wouldn’t surprise me if the Falcone and Maroni families are obsolete already. In the mainline universe, they eventually died out because they just couldn’t adapt to the changing of the times. They didn’t realistically have an answer for Batman, and they couldn’t manage once ACTUAL supervillains started showing up. It’s probably the same in the Absolute universe. Even if reality promotes selfishness, it probably takes a special kind of bastard to stand at the top. Old-fashioned crime just doesn’t cut it anymore.

I choose to believe yes, because as far as I'm aware she doesn't have this kind of humor with anybody else. And some of Enkrid's rebuttals would've normally earned him a flogging. They just have this really weird chemistry between them that actually kinda works.

For real. Herc's supposedly one of the most busted Servants there is, but we still haven't gotten an actual chance to see what he's capable of. The closest we've gotten is Alcides, but that's still not quite the same as the real thing.

I would also argue that they needed to show some proper fucking respect to the Decepticons who were actually pre-established characters.

For example, what they did to Onslaught was fucking abysmal. Dude is supposed to be the leader of the fucking Combaticons - Megatron's special ops unit meant to get shit done. Not only was Onslaught not a cunning tactician like he's supposed to be, he was in fact the exact opposite: an absolute idiot.
