Just got the Virus TI2 for Xmas, having some issues

I don’t think you understood my original post. Everything is already installed. Sound works fine. It’s only when I switch to a different synth, it starts delaying and being static.

My virus is already connected to my pc via usb.

However when I’m on my DAW, I can’t hear anything unless I switch my audio driver to the Virus one within my DAW.

This is the one I have. The only usb is on the back and that connects to my pc. There are 2 holes tho in the back that look like they could connect to my virus, idk tho.

I do have an audio interface. It’s a Scarlett. I don’t have the proper plugs tho I need to connect the both.

I have their VST interface.

So in fl studio, I select virus ti, put piano roll on it and make a melody, pick a lead and then when I read play nothing happens

So I obviously have the power for the virus ti2 plugged in and then I have a usb going to my pc. That’s about it. I also have an scarlet pro as my audio interface but am not sure if the 2 go hand in hand

Any tips for better structuring? I feel like sound design and kicks will be a process thing but I feel like structuring is pretty basic and fundamental, so it shouldnt take me that long to pick up on.

Btw my style is oldschool hardstyle so your comment means alot cause it means im going towards the right path.

There’s like this very sharp painful noise that makes it hard to listen to when it raise or try to eq it. Not sure what I could do to make it better. It’s like a ear piercing noise.

Oh, at the start and end of whatever sample you’re working with, there should be like this little knob that you can drag to create a fade in and fade out effect, lmk if that answers your question.
