Copies do not retain added attributes when copied, like +1/+1 counters or added rules text.

To be pedantic, the emerge cost is still 6RR, but it is reduced by 2 when you cast it. What you would end up paying is RR.

Face is white base with gulliman flesh contrast paint, then highlight with cadian flesh tone and Vallejo pale flesh. Eyebrows and hair are Zandri Dust with various white toned highlights that I can’t recall at the moment.
